Professional Background

My teaching is informed by long-term study and practice in somatic psychology, contemplative traditions, and relational approaches. I currently serve on the faculty of Naropa University and previously taught for nearly a decade as residential faculty at Esalen Institute.

This background shapes programs that are thoughtful, grounded, and deeply human-centered.

Collaboration Process

Every engagement begins with a conversation to clarify:

  • the goals of your event or program

  • the needs of your audience

  • desired outcomes

  • format and logistics

From there, content and structure are designed specifically for your organization or group.

Important Boundary

All speaking and teaching services are educational and consultative in nature and do not constitute psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
